B) I am redoing the speakers in my 87' 2250. As of now i have (3) 6.5" speakers two in the front seating area and one in the cuddy. Then I have two 6x9/s in the back. Im upgrading to new 6x9's and 6.5's but I am looking to add one or two 10" subwoofers and amp. My question is placement.. Finding a place for the subs is a little difficult. The middle console in the back between the seats and front engine access point needs to be rebuilt. I was thinking of putting the subs there but I need to resize it a little larger to do so, and reupholster it etc... The other option would be under the seats next to my 6x9's between the floor and the seat.. I could put one on each side, but then all of the sound is coming up from the bottom. Any suggestions by anyone that knows these rare beauties?.... Anyone upgraded their sound system on one of these that might have a little insight as to speaker placement for optimal sound quality..

No tower so I can't mount there.. B)

Bass is non-directional, so mount the subs wherever they fit. Under the consoles would be my choice.

Thanks! Yeah space is a little limited. I was trying to get away from having to refab the rear console. Thanks for your advice.
