Thanks cmagic I can get the idea from the pic. Any issues re time to get on plane?
Best upgrade for myself to date was the vacuflush, now I need a swim platform...

No issues at all getting on plane. Might take a sec. or two longer without tabs, but drop the tabs and up it goes. Haven't noticed any significant decrease in fuel consumption (based on Floscan and gps inputs). Serious increase in functionality and fun, though.

I hook my magma up to the back of the boat and bbq steaks, brats, burgers etc...lessen for the wise..dont put cheese on the burger while its still on the grill. I had to dismantle the entire grill to clean all the cheese off...no fun.

Concerned about adding extra weight to stern as I also want to carry a transom mounted tender (120-150#) along with the extension (160-175#). Just wondering if anybody has a setup like this and how it affects their performance? swimplatforms.com

I have add a simple lift for my peddle boat on an earlier model 2755 with single 5.8L. The lift & boat total 220#. It has not changed my top speed or cruise speed, only takes a little longer to come up without trim, about another 3 seconds.

Hope this helps.

I realize this is an ancient post. However, this is the one the popped up on the search, and I learned a lot from reading it. However, being so old, I thought perhaps we could get some updated infor/photos for this string on the extensions. My specific question, is are there any new company's that produce these now? And what is the estimated cost of one, for a Ciera 2855 2001?

We ordered ours through these guys and everything went great! Love the fold out ladder. Made a nice addition well worth the money. $2,105 with shipping and crate.
