I have the original air cleaners from my 1990 150 Hinos. I put K&N's on. The stock ones are vey clean and one has the original foam pad around it. $30 for the pair. I am in the Everett-Edmonds-Mukilteo area.

Why did you change the air cleaners and why to K&N?

10 years ago when I bought my 1990 3288 (which I have sold) the thing was to get away from messing with the foam covered metal air cleaners and putting K&N's on. Besides being cleaner they are purple and look nice on the engines. I thought that someone, somewhere, may want or need a set of the original air cleaners. Not everyone likes the K&N's.

If the metal caged mesh underneath the foam filters is corroding or rusting you should replacer the filters. The net stop for that corrosion will be your turbo and engine.

Good point. I guess I should have taken the foam off for the pictures. There is no corrosion.
